When opening the project, you will get the following pop-up, looking for missing rendered previews. You don't need these files and can select Skip All. View fullsize.
To avoid getting the missing previews pop-up every time you open the project, go to Sequence and choose Delete Render Files. Don't worry, you don't need them. You will want to install the provided Bebas Neue font.
Otherwise, Premiere Pro will replace it and won't do a very good job. If your text appears cropped as shown below, it means you do not have the correct font installed.
